The Summer Retreat 2024 for church planters, trainees, and future leaders, organized by Olivet Assembly of South Asia, was a resounding success, filled with grace and joy.

Held from August 23-25, 2024, at Olivet Centre South Asia, the retreat provided a time of deep spiritual renewal and empowerment.
The theme, “We are the Aroma of Christ,” inspired by 2 Corinthians 2:15, guided the event’s teachings and discussions. Various Bible teachers from Bangalore, Chennai, Colombo, New Delhi, and Shillong, representing their respective presbyteries, led the sessions with expository teachings focused on 2 Corinthians 1-6. Each session offered profound insights, encouraging participants to embrace their calling with renewed vigor.
The retreat’s atmosphere was further enriched by the powerful and graceful leadership of South Asia Jubilee, who led praise and worship sessions that uplifted the hearts of all attendees. Over the course of three days, participants experienced a profound reaffirmation of their faith and calling, preparing them to face greater challenges in their service to the Lord.
Many attendees testified to the grace they received during the retreat, expressing a renewed desire to embody the aroma of Christ in their daily lives. They left the retreat with a strong commitment to live as ambassadors of Christ, proclaiming God’s Kingdom to everyone they encounter.
